Terms & Conditions

• All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number and may only be redeemed once. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost.
• The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. Photocopies will not be accepted. Advance booking may be required.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of arrival will render the voucher null and void.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
