Terms & Conditions

• All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number and may only be redeemed once. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost.
• The original paper or digital gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. Photocopies will not be accepted. Advance booking may be required.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of arrival will render the voucher null and void.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via The Witchery payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
